Events FAQ

What days and times are available to book an event?

Our Events Team is in the office Mon.-Fri. From 8 AM until 5 PM. We accept inquiries as they come in so please allow our Events Team 24-48 business hours to contact you via email or call. We host a variety of events during operating hours and outside of operating hours, the availability depends on your date and venue request. All event requests for times outside of our normal operating hours need to be requested 2 weeks or more prior to the requested event date.

What to do if you haven’t been contacted by our Events Team in 24-48 hours?

Our Events Team tries to contact every inquiry within 24-48 hours of submission, sometimes this process can take longer if we have members out of the office. If you have not received an email from us please check your spam folder. We also send a text message to your provided phone number once this email has been sent to confirm it was received. We recommend that you fill out an inquiry through our Events Questionnaire to ensure our team receives your lead, we can also be reached by emailing or calling or texting 931-220-6323.

Do I have to book an event for my large party?

For large groups wanting to visit The City Forum or Varsity Pins, we do recommend booking an event with our Events Team to ensure we do not already have another large group scheduled and that your guests get the best experience! We require an event to be booked with our Events Team for large groups wanting to visit Dock 17, Miss Lucille’s Cafe, or ACME Athletics.

Do you require a bar minimum?

No, we do not!

Can I pay for the bar tab in advance?

No, we require all bar tabs to be opened and closed on the day of your event. We are happy to allow you to set a bar maximum and use our drink tickets to help control consumption per person. If you will not be present for the event you are organizing, please ensure that a point of contact with your group has the correct payment information to close this tab at the end of your event.

Do you allow outside food?

No, we require all food within our venues to come from either Dock 17, Miss Lucille’s Cafe, or The City Forum. We have an in-house catering menu that we provide to you after you speak with our Events Team. We do allow outside desserts for scheduled events ONLY, these include cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. We do not allow pop-up birthday parties within our venues.

Can we bring decorations?

Yes, decorations are allowed for scheduled events ONLY. We do ask for no confetti and all helium balloons to be tied to a weight.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

All event dates are confirmed once the event rental has been paid for. Two weeks prior to your event date you are required to confirm and pay for the finalized headcount, timeline, and catering order. There are no refunds given if you are to cancel your event within 2 weeks of the original scheduled date. We do not offer refunds if members of your party do not attend. Your event can be rescheduled if requested earlier than 2 weeks from the original event date. Events must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original event date.

Please share with us some details about your event and schedule a call with our Events Team. We recommend booking your event date 2 or more weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. Events inquiries submitted less than 2 weeks before the event date are subject to approval by our events team. Your event venue, date, and time are not confirmed until you have spoken with a member of our Events Team. You can also contact our events team by emailing or calling/texting 931-220-6323.  Our events team will respond within 24 to 48 hours during the hours of 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.  However, we would encourage you to complete the “Book Your Event” form for faster service.
