City Forum buyout

  • $10,000 + tax for 4 hours (price increases with additional hours)

Party Room rental

Only available during regular operational hours

  • Party room rentals are $50.00 per room per hour. Each party room seats 15-20 people.
  • Entire Party Room Courtyard is $600.00 for all six party rooms for 2-hours.
  • Only available during regular operational hours.
  • In-house Catering is available for guest counts over 25 people. Guests may also order from The Streatery’s menu link HERE. We do not allow outside food or beverages.

Bowling Lane Rental

Only available during regular operational hours

  • Each lane allows up to 6 people to bowl at a time.
  • 10 lanes for 2-hours, Events Lounge, and 1 hour of arcade time play: $1,400.00 + tax
  • 10 lanes for 2-hours and 1 hour of arcade time play: $1,000.00 + tax
  • 6 lanes for 2-hours and 1 hour of arcade time play: $600.00 + tax
  • 2 lanes for 2 hours (up to 12 people per suite-need new package name) and 1 hour of arcade time play: $200.00 + tax-Shoe Rental fee for TCF $3.00 per person

Only available during regular operational hours

  • $400.00 for 2 hours
  • Seats 52 people, holds approx. 80-90 people
  • Only available during regular operational hours.

Drink tickets are something we provide to help you as a host manage alcohol distribution responsibly, ensuring that your guests enjoy beverages in moderation. We provide these tickets for you and payment is taken care of the night of your event!

Please share with us some details about your event and schedule a call with our Events Team by filling out the Events Questionnaire to the right. We recommend booking your event date 2 or more weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. You can also contact our Events Team by emailing sales@project2231.com or calling/texting 931-220-6323. The Events Team will reach out by email and phone call 24 to 48 hours after submitting your inquiry during the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm CST Monday to Friday.
